For companies transforming bioscience discovery into bioscience success, locating in the UMB BioPark accelerates the pace. The UMB BioPark is a new biomedical research park adjacent to UMB, a top-ten public research institution. The University’s goal in creating the park is to: - Commercialize biomedical technologies developed at UMB and in the region
- Expand Maryland's bioscience industry
- Create jobs and generate $500 million in capital investment
