BioPark tenants may join UMB’s athletic center as a campus affiliate. Membership fees are:
Three months: $50
Six months: $60
12 months: $85

BioPark Seminar Room, 1st floor: Capacity 30 seated around 10 tables that can be set up conference or classroom style; 50 standing. Built in projector is available, but no sound system. The Maryland Industrial Partnerships (MIPS) program accelerates the commercialization of technology by providing matching funds for collaborative R&D projects between companies and University of Maryland faculty. The Maryland Intellectual Property Legal Resouce Center (www.miplrc.org) is operated by the UMB
School of Law and provides general counseling about all areas of intellectual property such as patents,

Within the building, the front guard reception desk will be staffed 24/7 and building access is via access card. Watkins security is contracted by Colliers Pinkard. You will be requested to show your id upon entry and guests are to sign in.
